This is a really wonderful comic about Korean food. It needs followers right now to convince proper publishers to take it on and print it. So make democracy happen!
This weekend at Baltimore Comics Con I’ll be selling , for the first time, my art from the IDW Prisoners of Time book from last year.
This is from the first chapter, which started the first Doctor. As far as I know this is the only Hartnell Doctor comic art available for sale at any price right now. They may be some from the 60s around, but it’s VERY rare! Certainly not $150 a page, which is what I’m charging. I’m at table #263.
Surprised my desk isn’t bursting into flames, with all this stacked Thrill-power!! #2000AD #comics
Come and see me at Barnes & Noble on the 26th OR come along to the Dare 2 Draw on the 24th ( which will be Dr Who themed ) OR before even that I’m signing copies of my Dr Who #1 at Carmine St. Comics from 5-8pm on Wednesday the 23rd.
Celebrate all things Doctor Who at Forbidden Planet later this month, when Rob Williams and Al Ewing sign the store’s exclusive Variant Cover of Doctor Who 11th #1 in Bristol on 26th July from 3 – 4pm. (yes, we know – yet another variant!)
The beat goes on.
Do you like to draw? Do you want to talk about comics and Kickstarter? Then come check out this week’s Dare2Draw at the Society of Illustrators in NYC. Jamie Tanner, our Comics Community Manager, will be on hand to answer your burning Kickstarter questions. There will also be live figure drawing with cosplay models and a screening of Dare2Draw’s Kickstarter-funded TV Pilot. Basically, it will be tremendous fun.
More details right here. Hope to see you there!
